Our Mission

Harris County Housing Finance Corporation
Additional Down Payment Gift Dollars available for: Harris County Housing Finance Corporation designated service area/jurisdiction of Harris County, excluding the cities of Baytown, Deer Park, Friendswood, Houston, La Porte, League City, Missouri City, Pasadena, and Pearland.
Rowlett Housing Finance Corporation
The Rowlett HFC in partnership with TDHCA provide first-time, as well as repeat buyers with access to reduced rate mortgages via a $2 million mortgage revenue bond sale. This is a great program for homebuyers, especially in this rising interest rate market!
